Quality Unit


Duties:

  1. Monitoring and implementing self- evaluation processes inside IU periodically.
  2. Preparing standards of quality and self- evaluation, following up policies of evaluation regularly.
  3. Following up quality file and assuring the implementation of all quality and education procedures at the University.
  4. Coordination between the various quality committees in the various departments and faculties.
  5. Following up the implementation of administrative, academic, and military quality.
  6. Supervising and implementing self-evaluation process at the university periodically.

Administrative Quality Unit

Duties:

  1. Setting and explaining articles, policies, and quality procedures for the administrators and encouraging them to apply and use these policies at the university.
  2. Following up the performance pointers in administrative departments and units.
  3. Improving and developing quality procedures and used forms in a manner not contradict the general objective, rules and instructions.
  4. Issuing instructions and regulations connected with the procedures and following up their implementation.
  5. Preparing the comprehensive plan for the administrative quality.
  6. Participating in the committee specialized in quality and development at the University.
  7. Providing suggestions for developing the personnel performance.
  8. Participating in preparing, following up and evaluation forms.
  9. Presenting periodical reports of achievements, obstacles, and failures to the administration.

Academic Quality Unit

Duties:

1. Setting and explaining articles, policies, and quality procedures for the academics and encouraging them to apply and use these polices at the university.

2. Improving and developing quality procedures and used forms in a manner not contradict the general objective, rules and instructions.

3. Issuing instructions and regulations connected with the procedures and following up their implementation.

4. Preparing the comprehensive plan for the academic quality.

5. Participating in the committee specialized in quality and development at the University.

6. Providing suggestions for developing the personnel performance.

7. Participating in preparing, following up and evaluation forms.

8. Presenting periodical reports of achievements, obstacles, and failures to the higher administration.

9. Participating in preparing evaluation forms for evaluating the employees and personnel at the University according to standards of quality.

According to the resolution of the president of University No. (70) in 2017 and according to the deans’ session No. (94) on 19/3/2017, a quality committee was formed consisting of the following:
