Department of Guidance and Supervision
The department prepares the work plans of the department, presents them to the manager for approval, implementation, monitoring and revision periodically. It follows up the reports of the annual performance and the department’s staff performance and submits them to the manager. It identifies the training needs of the personnel, follows up the daily work of its staff. It also receives the persons suffering from lack of social adjustment and follows up the cases that need assistance through supervision meetings and spreading social and psychological awareness especially in the light of the practical problems presented to the department by (leaflets, forums, and workshops). Finally, it implements any assigned task by the direct administrator.
