Department of Follow-up and Supervision
This department prepares work plans of the department, presents these plans to the manager of the department to be approved, implemented, monitored, and revised periodically. It follows up the evaluation of the annual performance, the staff’s performance and submits them to the director. The department is responsible for identifying the training needs of the staff. It also follows up the dorms and offers the needed services in cooperation with the administrative affairs, as well as follows up daily work and the implement any task in the work field assigned by the direct administrator.
