Human Resources Honors its Employee Mohammed Abu Hilal

Under the patronage of the Vice President for Administrative Affairs and the General Administration for Human Resources at Al-Istiqlal University held a special honor ceremony for its staff member Mohammed Abu Hilal.

Dr. Raja’ Sweidan pointed out that the aim of the honor is to create an encouraging work environment for employees to develop their performance and skills, which is reflected in the efficiency of the job outcome and thus the provision of excellent services to employees, especially in the efforts of administrative affairs at the University in applying the quality system.

She also explained that the selection of Abu Hilal was the result of his excellence in his work, and this honor will motivate the rest of the staff  to achieve more success and will enhance teamwork.

For his part, the General Director of Human Resources Younis Al-Karmi praised the performance of HR staff and employees. He pointed out that this honor will create a positive competitive environment which will encourage initiative and creativity which will assure excellence in job performance.

At the end of the ceremony, the employee Mohammed Abu Hilal received a certificate of appreciation, in the presence the Vice President for Administrative Affairs and the General Director of Human Resources, as well as the heads of departments, and Human Resources staff.
