Dr. Mohamed Shtaya and Dr. Hazar Ismail, the Directors of the Istiqlal Center for Strategic Studies, met with delegation from the Audit and Administrative Control Bureau and Geneva Centre for the Democratic Control of Armed Forces, on Monday 11th of February 2019.
The two parties discussed the possibility of holding a number of lectures and workshops in the field of the audit and administrative control, targeting academics, administrators and students of Al-Istiqlal University. Also, it will include full explanation about the role of the Audit and Administrative Control Bureau and the importance of the effective internal control in the sector of security. These lectures and courses will be the first step of cooperation.
Al-Istiqlal Center for Strategic Studies reviewed a long-term project work plan with Geneva Centre for the Democratic Control of Armed Forces (DCAF), which will reflect positive results on the University students, the security establishment and the Palestinian society in all life aspects.
