First Lieutenant Hail Amro, the lecturer at Al-Istiqlal University, got the first place in the "Foundational Logistics Support" Course for all security institutions at the Central Training Institute of the Military Training Force of the Security Forces, supported by the Canadian team working in Palestine.
Prof. Dr. Saleh Abu Osbaa, the President of Al-Istiqlal University, welcomed First Lieutenant Hail Amro, in his office, in the presence of Col. Salman Taysir Abdullah, the Vice President for Military Affairs , and blessed his winning in the first place as professional representative of Al-Istiqlal University, wishing him more progress and success.
On the other hand, First Lieutenant Hail Amro thanked the University presidency and its administration for their continuous support to the military and academic cadres and the opportunity to participate in internal and external courses.
It is noteworthy to mention that the head of the Canadian mission in Palestine, Brigadier General Jannieh, presented the Medal of Excellence to First Lieutenant Hail Amro, for his efforts in the course of "Fundamental Logistics Support"
