The Department of Promotions and Development, which is affiliated with the General Directorate of Human Resources, held an informative workshop for the new staff of Al-Istiqlal University, in cooperation with the Institute of Training and Development and presented by First Lieutenant Salaam Zablah.
Ms. Njom, the Director of the Promotions and Development Department, said that “the workshop was for the new administrative, academic and military employees of the University, as a prelude for the preparatory program which has been approved by the Palestinian National School of Management and designed for training the new employees to increase their knowledge of the rights and obligations they have to achieve proper functioning and positive outputs.
Furthermore, First Lieutenant Salaam Zablah welcomed the new employees and gave them a brief introduction of Al-Istiqlal University, its colleges, facilities and its internal system, as well as the relationship of the University with the Palestinian security institutions, with presenting a short film about the emergence and evolution of Al-Istiqlal University.
It is noteworthy to mention that Department of Promotions and Development, provides a number of training and development courses for the University's administrative, academic and military staff due to the University’s vision in providing the qualified staff and the development of the work process.
