On the behalf of Prof. Dr. Abu Osbaa, the President of Al-Istiqlal University, a military cadre’s delegation headed by Col. Salman Tayseer Abdullah congratulated the Maj. Gen. Nidal Abu Dukhan, the Commander of the Palestinian National Security Forces, for his safety after a successful surgical operation.
On the other hand, the military cadre of Al-Istiqlal University visited the Supplies and Equipment Authority and met with the Maj. Gen. Azmi Nasser and Brig. Gen. Mohammed Weshah, thanking them on behalf of the University Presidency for their support and cooperation with the University.
