The Faculty of Administrative Sciences at Al-Istiqlal University in cooperation with the Cultural Advisory Council, inaugurated a training course entitled "Introduction to Management Science", in the presence of Dr. Abdelatef Abu Ouda, the Dean of Administrative Sciences Faculty, and Ms. Mayson Salameh, the Director of the Advisory Board, inside the building of the faculty at the University, on Tuesday 10th of September 2019.
In that connection, Dr. Abu Ouda expressed his happiness about the course which will improve the skills of the governmental employees in the topics of Management skills, communication skills, leadership, time management and working under pressure.
Furthermore, Dr. Hussain Abelkader, the dean of the college, welcomed the participants and the trainer of the course, wishing them success and prosperity.
For her part, Ms. Salameh thanked Al-Istiqlal University for its cooperation with the Palestinian Ministry of Culture and its keenness to serve the local community, noting that these courses represent one of the cooperation models, stressing the importance of these activities for the development of the employee’s career performance to support him/her in improving the work and opening the gates of creativity, mentioning that this course is considered as an introduction to the world of management and development, and there will be an operational attention to the recommendations that will be issued.
Moreover, the course aims to promote the capabilities of the managers who are working in the governmental and public institutions to develop their career performance.
It is noteworthy to mention that Al-Istiqlal University opens its doors for serving the community and citizens in the academic and social sides, especially in Jericho Governorate and all its institutions.
