HE Maj. Gen Dr. Tirawi Inspects the New Students in the Closed Military Training Course

Maj. Gen. Dr. Tawfiq Al-Tirawi, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Al-Istiqlal University, made an inspection tour, in the fifth week of the students’ closed military training course, accompanied by Col. Salman Abdullah, the Deputy for Military Affairs, and Dr. Salwa Ramadan, the Dean of Student Affairs, inside the campus of the University, and the headquarters of the Military Training Authority for the Security Forces, in the city of Jericho, on Sunday 3rd of October 2019.

HE Maj. Gen. Dr. Tirawi thanked the Military Training Authority for their efforts in building the personalities of the students by delivering them the meanings of belonging, discipline, excellence, and giving.

Moreover, he expressed his, and their parents, pride of the new students in reaching this stage of training, saying they will positively notice the differences after the closed military training course, noting his continued follow-up with the Military Training Authority on the conditions of students and the stages that they have successfully passed, wishing them success and the graduation from the course, pointing out the importance of being patient, committed and dedicated to protect the Palestinian national cause, which must always remain in the minds and hearts.

It is noteworthy to mention that the closed military training course will last for 45 days in a row, to qualify and transfer the new students from civilian life to the military field, and it will be finished in the last third of November 2019.
