Al-Istiqlal University graduates the "Basics of Fire and Rescue" course in partnership with the Civil Defense

Al-Istiqlal University graduated the students of the “Basics of Fire and Rescue” course, in partnership with the Palestinian Civil Defense, in the presence of Brig. Gen. Salman Abdallah, the deputy for Military Affairs, Dr. Rajaa Sweidan, the deputy for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Lt. Col. Mustafa Niaz, the Director of the Training Department at Civil Defense, and Captain Ahmed Kharraz, the Head of the Military Sciences Department, at the Search and Rescue Center / Al-Nuaima.

During his speech, Brig. Gen. Abdallah praised the integrative efforts of the Palestinian Security Services, and the role of the Civil Defense, which is represented by Maj. Gen. Youssef Nassar, in serving the community with its members and institutions, preserving citizens’ properties and land, besides providing students with the knowledge, experiences, and practical skills according to their various fields.

For his part, Lt. Col. Niaz welcomed the attendees, praising the efforts of Al-Istiqlal University and all its cadres to raise the level of its students and improve their performance at the academic and military levels.

It is noteworthy that the course lasted for two consecutive weeks, and targeted 37 participants, within the framework of the practical aspect of the academic courses received during the first semester.
