Al-Istiqlal signs a memorandum of cooperation with the Palestine Center for Research and Strategic Studies

Al-Istiqlal Center for Strategic Studies at the University, represented by Dr. Muhammad Dabbous, signed a memorandum of understanding with the Palestine Center for Research and Strategic Studies, represented by Maj. Gen. Dr. Muhammad Al-Masry, in the presence of Dr. Mohammed Halasa, the Dean of Scientific Centers, Dr. Walid Khaliliah, the Dean of the College of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, directors of the centers, and the community service staff.

Dr. Halasa welcomed the attendees, on behalf of the University president, stressing the importance of expanding the cooperation with local and regional centers, and building effective national strategies based on qualitative studies carried out by experts and specialists, to meet the needs of the research field.

Furthermore, Maj. Gen. Al-Masry praised the good reception and hosting, expressing his happiness in extending the bridges of the research partnership with Al-Istiqlal University despite its recent birth, and its aspirations for positive and fruitful results through analyzing the political and social context, and evaluating the situation according to the Palestinian reality.

Moreover, Dr. Khaliliah pointed out Al Istiqlal University's tireless efforts to consolidate bilateral relations at the academic and military levels, in a way that establishes a solid base for future generations and leaders, and contributes to advancing the development wheel forward.

For his part, Dr. Dabbous talked about the center's vision and mission to enhance communication between the concerned authorities, by conducting seminars, dialogue, discussion sessions, holding conferences, exchanging working papers, and benefiting from the expertise and experiences specialized in the security sector, to serve the national and public interests.
