Al-Istiqlal wins first place in the 35th “Leadership Strengthening and Development" course

The officers of Al-Istiqlal University won first place in the 35th “Leadership Strengthening and Development” Course, which was conducted by the Military Training Authority of the Security Forces in cooperation with the Turkish team.

Furthermore, Lt. Mohammed Salman, Lt. Mohammed Sanalla, and Lt. Rama Al-Ahmad won the first three ranks, and Lt. Jaafar Al-Tayyar participated in the course.

Moreover, Prof. Dr. Saleh Abu Osba congratulated the participant officers, praising their success at the local and international levels. Also, he mentioned the importance of these training programs in developing the skills of the University’s staff and improving the general performance, besides developing the outcomes of the educational process by providing them with acquired knowledge and experiences.

For his part, Brig. Gen. Salman Abdallah commended the efforts of the training authority, and its constructive role in raising the efficiency of the Palestinian security establishment’s members, by providing qualitative courses that help them accomplish the tasks entrusted to them, and developing personal, leadership, communication, and administrative skills at an advanced and high level, wishing them more excellence and career development in line with the needs and requirements of the field of work.

It is noteworthy to mention that 22 officers from the security forces participated in the course, and it included several topics, the most important of which are: problem-solving, organizing the command post, staff responsibilities, decision-making procedures, and issuing an operations order at the battalion level.
