Al-Istiqlal University graduated with the foundational training course for trainers, in partnership with the Ministry of Interior, in the presence of Al-Istiqlal University, Brig. Gen. Ihssan Hamayel, the Director of the Training Center in the Ministry, Brig. Gen. Salman Abdallah, the Deputy for Military Affairs, Dr. Rajaa Sweidan, the Deputy for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Dr. Salwa Ramadan, the Vice President for Community and Student Affairs, Dr. Ghassan Omar, the Director of the Training and Development Institute, and Capt. Hassan Hamdallah, the Coordinator of the University Operations Team.

Brig. Gen. Abdallah welcomed the attendees at Al-Istiqlal University, praising the efforts of the training staff at the Ministry of the Interior to improve the knowledge and practical skills of the military cadre, including the ability to assess the situation, manage joint operations, employ the qualifications and experience gained in the field of work, and the possibility of Assuming leadership positions in the future.
