The Center for Community Service and Continuing Education at Al-Istiqlal University provided different types of agricultural seeds to 40 women who received intensive training on "home garden cultivation", in cooperation with the Ain Al-Sultan Women's Center and the "Local Seed Bank".
Ms. Nidal Fatafta praised the role of Al-Istiqlal University in supporting the Palestinian women sector, enhancing their material and moral capabilities, assisting them in establishing small projects, developing their knowledge and practical skills in agricultural and technical fields, and improving their standard of living, according to the needs of the Palestinian labor market.
Also, she reviewed a brief overview of the center's strategic vision for networking and consolidating the relationship with official and civil institutions, besides unifying the efforts to benefit the various categories of the Palestinian community.
