Prof. Dr. Nour Al-Din Abu Al Rob, the President of Al-Istiqlal University, received a delegation from the Tubas governorate and the northern Jordan Valley, headed by HE the Governor Maj. Gen. Younis Al-Aas, and in the presence of Mr. Mahmoud Al-Issa, the Secretary of the Fatah movement, the Vice-Presidents of the University, and several members of the region.
Prof. Dr. Abu Al Rob expressed his happiness at the visit of the guest delegation from Tubas governorate, which embodies a profound extension of the Palestinian struggle and being a direct collision with the Israeli occupation at the contact points, as well as being an important agricultural land in Palestine.
Furthermore, he said, “I look forward to working hand in hand to advance the agricultural sector and to join forces for achieving the national mission towards a true security school and successive generations bearing the banner with professionalism and high honesty."
For his part, Maj. Gen. Al-Aas extended his congratulations to the President of the University on assuming his position, hoping that this security educational institution will continue with its lofty goals and vision, to serve citizens, preserve their dignity, and protect and defend the nation's capabilities and resources.
