Al-Istiqlal University honors the former military deputy, Brig. Gen. Abdallah


Prof. Dr. Nour Al-Din Abu Al-Rob, the President of Al-Istiqlal University, honored Brig. Gen. Salman Abdallah for his efforts as a former deputy for Military Affairs.

The event included Brig. Gen. Zaher Al-Sabbah, the deputy for Military Affairs, and the administrative, academic, and military staff at the Sheikh Hazza Zayed Al Nahyan Theater.

Prof. Dr. Abu Al-Rob praised the achievements of Brig. Gen. Abdallah over the past period, which contributed to enhancing the field skills of students and officers and their practical abilities, besides employing them in proper security performance and behavior, while qualifying them to engage in the Palestinian security establishment and serve their people, wishing him success with his new job in the Palestinian National Security Agency.

Furthermore, he said that Al-Istiqlal University is working on developing the military, academic, administrative, and service levels to achieve the desired outputs and improve its educational career and compete with other universities at the national level.

For his part, Brig. Gen. Al-Sabbah wished success to Brig. Gen. Abdallah in his next steps and stressed the importance of developing this great national and scientific edifice and the commencement of work within cooperative and intensive endeavors for prosperity and progress.

In the end, Brig. Gen. Abdallah expressed his happiness for being a part of Al-Istiqlal University and its work team, stressing that it will remain an academic military institution able to depend on itself, thanking the University President for this initiative and the generous and distinguished gesture, in addition to the trainers, officers and non-commissioned officers who have the spirit of belonging, discipline, giving and team solidarity.
