It is my pleasure to welcome you to Al-Istiqlal University, the lofty military, and academic edifice that seeks to prepare Palestinian officers who are militarily, academically, and cognitively qualified, armed with the values of loyalty, belonging, discipline, and commitment, to serve their homeland and people.
In line with the mission and vision of Al-Istiqlal University, we aim to consolidate the relationship with the Palestinian security system in all its branches, believing in the complementarity of roles to be an effective basis in achieving progress to improve the general performance of the members of the security services, and to raise the level of competence and professionalism among them, to meet the needs and requirements of the Palestinian security institution.
Furthermore, our mission is to prepare training plans and support the students and officers at various levels, based on distinguished partnerships with the Palestinian security services and foreign countries that include skilled trainers.
We are to place all our efforts into delivering the military expertise and knowledge in serving our homeland and to carry out the national and humanitarian duty toward the Palestinian people.
