Welcome to Al-Istiqlal University, the University of all Palestinians, which has a national vision that seeks to serve our people and graduate qualified cadres to contribute to preserving the security of the homeland and its citizen.
Through our website, we seek to reach an organizational structure capable of executing tasks easily by developing job description cards for university employees to carry out tasks smoothly and without any conflict of roles and powers, by creating a clear line of responsibilities assigned to each department.
Also, we seek to qualify and promote the cadre, out of our belief in the importance of training as a base in keeping pace with the development of the various fields of work in general and those related to administrative and financial work in particular, to reach the best services that contribute to achieving the highest levels of satisfaction for the students and the academic and military cadres.
