Discussing a Master's thesis on Internal Communication and its Role in Achieving the Effectiveness of Administrative Decisions in the Ministry of Interior in the Northern Governorates

The Faculty of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research at Al-Istiqlal University discussed a master's thesis by student Karem Dawoud Salameh, entitled "Internal Communication and its Role in Achieving the Effectiveness of Administrative Decisions in the Palestinian Public Sector Institutions, a Case Study of the Ministry of Interior in the Northern Governorates."

The study discussed the correlation between internal communication and the effectiveness of administrative decisions and the nature of obstacles represented by communication channels governed by specific laws, controls, and restrictions, besides imposing the internal communication system that prevents achieving the desired goals of improving the effectiveness of administrative communication.

The study recommended the higher administrative team to provide the employees with information at the various levels, and the ministry should involve all the supervisory employees in making decisions, in addition to emerging communications with the ministry by considering the opinions of the employees and allowing them to participate in making administrative decisions related to their work, besides developing the communication skills among employees and spread the spirit of cooperation and understanding among them through training workshops that enhance the state of integration and positive interaction among them. The thesis was supervised by Dr. Hussein Abdel Qader, Dr. Youssef Abu Fara, as an external examiner, and Dr. Mervat Shaheen, as an internal examiner.

In conclusion, the committee praised the researcher's efforts, taking into account the notes necessary to enrich the research aspect of the study.
