Context:

Al Istiqlal University, in collaboration with the ICT4EDU project, invites applications for participation in the upcoming training workshops to be held in Nicosia and Bucharest.

- Workshop in Nicosia: 16 - 20 November 2024. 

  Theme: Contextualizing ICT to Embed Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Teaching and Learning.

- Workshop in Bucharest: 9 - 13 December 2024. 

  Theme: Pedagogical Strategies for ICT Integration in Educational Contexts.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates will be selected based on the following criteria:

1. Professional Background: Experience in early childhood education or ICT (20%)

2. Academic Degree: Level of education (10%)

3. Role at the Institution: Current or future responsibility at the university (10%)

4. English Communication Skills: (35%)

5. Previous Participation in Mobility Programs: (10%)

6. Previous Participation in ICT4EDU Training Events: Priority given to those who have not yet participated (5%)

7. Gender Balance: (10%)

Application Procedure:

Interested candidates must submit the following documents:

- Curriculum Vitae (CV)

- Cover letter explaining their interest in the training and how it fits into their current or future role at the university

- Proof of English proficiency (if available)

- Confirmation of their current role at the university, signed by their supervisor

Selection Process:

Applications will be reviewed by an internal selection committee composed of the Dean, department heads, and the Vice-President for Academic Affairs. Selected candidates will be notified by email no later than [1\10\2024].
